How Class 12 students study for boards, and where the notebook fits
Board preparation in Class 12 usually means two passes: chapter lectures during the year, often alongside NEET or JEE coaching, and then fast chapter "one-shots" in the last two months, followed by sample papers. Both passes depend on notes, and both are where time disappears: a two-hour one-shot is a lot of pausing and copying if you want something to revise from.
Notiq writes the notes for you, in the order the teacher teaches: definitions in NCERT language, derivations line by line (the five-mark questions), reasons and exceptions (the "give reason" questions), and solved numericals. Each section has a timestamp, so rewatching means jumping to a minute, not scrubbing through an hour.
Board answers are marked on steps and keywords. Read the notebook, then use the free quiz on the same chapter to check you can recall the keywords, and practise writing the long answers from CBSE sample papers.

CBSE Class 12: frequently asked questions
Will the notes match the NCERT?
The notebook follows the lecture, not the textbook, so it contains what your teacher said, including NCERT definitions they read out and the extra examples they add. Most Class 12 lectures are built around the NCERT, so the structure lines up chapter by chapter. Revise with both side by side.
I study for boards and NEET or JEE at the same time. Does that change anything?
No. Paste whichever lecture you are watching. A NEET or JEE-level lecture produces a deeper notebook, which also covers the board syllabus for that chapter; boards then need practice in writing full, step-marked answers.
Can I export the notes to print?
Yes, every notebook exports to PDF. Free exports have a small watermark; paid plans do not.
Are the quiz questions board-pattern?
They are multiple-choice questions with explanations, so they cover the MCQ and assertion-style knowledge, not the long-answer section. Use them to check recall of definitions, reasons and formulas, then practise long answers from CBSE sample papers.
